Cancellations for the Film Independent Forum will be accepted until 6 pm on Friday, October 7, 2016. In order to receive a refund, you must submit a request in writing via email to lherren@filmindependent.org no later than 6 pm on Friday, October 7, 2016. An administrative fee equivalent to 15% of the registration fee paid will apply to all refunds. No cancellations will be accepted after 6 pm on October 7, 2016.

Forum speakers and panelists are subject to change.
