DIRECTORS CLOSE-UP CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

All refund requests must be made in writing by emailing education@filmindependent.org before 6:00 pm PT on February 2, 2024. There is a 15% processing fee for all refunds.

All Directors Close-Up pass sales after February 2, 2024 are final. If you have questions, please email education@filmindependent.org.

All single ticket sales are final. No refund or exchanges.
